At Tendra Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality website development, SEO, digital marketing, and business automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Website Development & Project-Based Services

For website development, website redesign, AI automation, consulting, and other project-based services:

  • An advance payment may be required before work begins.

  • Once a project has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.

  • If Tendra Lab is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services require ongoing effort and time investment. Therefore:

  • Fees paid for SEO, local SEO, digital marketing, content optimization, and related services are non-refundable once services have started.

  • Tendra Lab does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, or business outcomes.

  • Clients may cancel future recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Any completed work may be delivered to the client at Tendra Lab's discretion.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a duplicate payment or payment processing error occurs, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned through the original payment method whenever possible.
